Passionate about IT and technology from an early age, both Gary and Mark began their careers in the IT industry. Gary worked in programming but always preferred working with the technical aspects of computers and helping people. When Gary was approached by a large precision engineering company to respond to technological advances and take their business to a new level, he got in touch with Mark. Together, a successful new business partnership was established and Compex IT was born. But building an IT solutions company that puts people first didn’t happen overnight.
When Mark and Gary started Compex IT in 2000, their primary focus was providing superior customer service. Throughout the years that goal has never changed. They quickly developed a great rapport and combined with their knowledge, expertise and shared values now proudly serve businesses in Birmingham and the surrounding area from large companies to small enterprises.
